The Atlantean crystal laser sabre
Envisioned in 1995, this one-metre interactive sculpture merges natural fused quartz, faceted crystals, and gemstone settings into an extraordinary light instrument. Resting in its bespoke casket when dormant, the sabre transforms converging laser beams and binaural frequencies into a living 360-degree cosmos of spiralling geometry.

Sacred geometry and fused quartz craft
Evolving from an early acrylic prototype to a master sculpture crafted from clear fused quartz sand, the sabre is built entirely from natural elements. The hollow body features faceted clear crystals mounted in jewelled gold collars set with semi-precious gems, accented by pink kunzite markings at its base and topped with a studded rock crystal sphere containing a blue solid-state laser.

A 360-degree cosmos of light and reflection
During a performance, the sabre is guided into converging coloured laser beams crossing seven feet overhead. The faceted gems fracture light into dozens of fine rays that ricochet through the quartz tube, bounce across opposing crystals, and spiral out through the kunzite markings. When smoke drifts through the space, light manifests as physical architecture—producing patterns so deeply moving that onlookers feel entirely immersed in the visual melody.

Soundscapes of deep resonance and harmony
Every live performance is paired with resonant Hertz binaural beat compositions created by late partner Robert James Lee-Morey. Broadcast through a dual quadraphonic speaker system, the music establishes a soothing sound vortex that induces deep meditative relaxation. Preserved in a cleaned HD remaster restored in October 2026, the sabre remains an unforgettable synthesis of sound and sight.
