Sculptural art to digital light
Discover how physical crystal sculptures, carved minerals, and ancient forms from a twenty-year archive transform into animated volumetric dreamscapes. Through macro capture, intricate layering, and curved projection, tactile matter dissolves into hypnotic light within the dome.

The King Nautilus
A monumental natural seashell carved with sacred spirals, inlaid with pure gold, gems, and pearls, featuring tentacles sculpted from light-transmitting selenite. Photographed macro on deep black velvet, its crystalline contours are isolated, templated, and multiplied into floating digital mandalas that pulse and breathe across the 400mm opal projection dome.

The Visitor
Carved from translucent selenite—the ancient mineral of natural fibre optics—this otherworldly head features deep black hematite eyes and a mohican crest of single-point quartz crystals inlaid in gold. In the digital realm, hundreds of layered templates warp into a circular fisheye geometry, projecting volumetric depth that turns stone into living, liquid illumination.

Mr Sunshine
Sculpted from a sphere of vivid orange selenite, this piece embodies the solar face surrounded by a 360-degree whorl of sculpted flames, set with jewels and gold. Transmuted into our animated light movies and paired with 4–7Hz theta soundscapes, it triggers the cone illusion—leaving your mind to decide whether the light is projecting forward or drawing you deep inside.
